Maureen Binetti was admitted to the New Jersey Bar shortly after graduating from law school in 1982, and she is a member of several bar associations, including the American Bar Assn., the N.J. State Bar Assn. and the Federal Bar Assn. of New Jersey. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and its New Jersey chapter. She currently serves as plaintiffs' program co-chair and insurance subcommittee co-chair of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee of the Labor and Employment Section of the ABA. She is a regular speaker on employment law issues for the ABA, NELA and several other organizations. Ms. Binetti has written extensively on employment law matters, including chapters in the ABA/BNA "Sexual Harassment Litigation" book and in "Wrongful Termination Claims: What Plaintiffs and Defendants Have to Know," published by the Practising Law Institute.
